Who are we?
At Black Men Work, we empower Black men of all ages, careers, and backgrounds by fostering a supportive network that promotes brotherhood, mental health, and resources for personal and professional growth. We believe in building a lasting legacy.
Through mentorship, empowerment, and service, we equip Black men with the resources and confidence to lead in their families, communities, and careers. We are here to uplift, inspire, and create a community that celebrates the strength and resilience of Black men.
What we offer

Brotherhood
We provide a space where Black men can connect, share experiences, and support one another. Through mentorship, group discussions, and fellowship, we strengthen bonds that foster accountability, healing, and growth. We build power through shared leadership and community.

Empowerment
Black men deserve to thrive, not just survive. We offer workshops, skill-building sessions, and resources focused on political leadership, financial literacy, emotional well-being, spiritual health, and personal development—equipping men with the tools to build a lasting legacy.

Resources
Access to the right resources can be life-changing. We connect Black men with career development opportunities, mental health support, financial guidance, and educational materials. Whether it’s finding a therapist, growing a business, or navigating fatherhood, we provide the tools needed to succeed.
Why it matters
For generations, Black men have been systemically removed from the home—through mass incarceration, economic disenfranchisement, and social policies that have left families fractured. This has created a ripple effect, leaving young Black men to navigate life without the guidance, resources, or support they need to thrive.
Without strong male role models and community support, many Black men face immense pressure—struggling to define success, process emotions, and break cycles of hardship. Black Men Work exists to change that.
We believe in building legacy—equipping Black men with the tools, knowledge, and community they need to lead, nurture, and create lasting impact. By restoring brotherhood, fostering leadership, and ensuring men have the resources they need, we are actively shaping a future where Black men stand firm in their purpose, families, and communities.
